Q. Are your products original & genuine brands?

A. All our perfumes are 100% original and authentic. We only carry genuine brand name fragrances. NO imitations and NO knock-offs. We have been in business and online since 1996 and work directly with the manufacturers, their suppliers, or major wholesalers.

Q. How long is the shelf-life of a fragrance?

There are no expiration dates on fragrance products, although recently manufacturers have indicated +/- 3-5 years from the date of production. Others say +/- 3 years from date of first use. Manufacturers indicate PAO (Period after Opening) on most of their products.

A. Over time, contact with air, exposure to sunlight and high temperatures may affect the integrity of a fragrance. To maximize the shelf life of a fragrance, it is recommended that it be kept in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight. Always place the cap back on the bottle and use the box (if applicable) for additional protective storage.

Q. Does Perfumewiz.com sell imitation brands, old and or used products? 

A. Perfumewiz.com does not carry or sell any imitations, old, or used items. All our products are the same quality you would expect to find at the leading department stores.

Q. How is it that Perfumewiz.com can carry certain items that cannot be obtained anywhere else? 

A. Traditional retail stores are restricted in the variety of items they can stock, because they are catering to a specific demographic area. However, Perfumewiz.com has a much more efficient inventory model that makes it cost effective for us to carry a much wider variety of products targeting all kinds of niche customer demands. 

Q. Does Perfumewiz.com expand the assortment of products offered at its web site? 

A. Our product selection is frequently updated and expanded. Our product line is growing rapidly as we add more of the best designer fragrance brands.

Q. Can Perfumewiz.com locate and obtain specially requested items for their customers? 

A. You are welcome to send us your fragrance request by email to support@perfumewiz.com or call our customer service department at +91 9400253535 between the hours of 9am to 5pm Indian Standard Time to make a special request. We will do our best to locate the requested product and notify you when it becomes available.

Q. Do Perfumewiz.com provide warranty for any of the products?

A. Warranty provided by the brand or company is responsible for the concern warranty of respective product.

 

 

  • SHIPPING QUERIES


Q.How are the products delivered? 

A. With multiple courier partners Fedex, Bluedart, Delhivery, Aramex and DotZot we get an extensive coverage of 11000+ pincodes in India. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Q. What are the shipping charges? 

A. The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

Q.How long does it take for an order to arrive?

A. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Q.What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

A. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +919400253535 or email us at sales@perfumewiz.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Q. Is the web site secure? 

A. Ensuring secure online purchasing is a vital part of our commitment to honor your privacy. The Perfumewiz.com site utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information, including credit card numbers. SSL is used in order to encrypt all personal information, including your name and credit card information, so that it can't be read while being transferred from your web browser to our Internet site. All pages on the site that require our customers to enter sensitive information are protected with SSL. Other pages that do not require you entering personal information do not need to be protected.

Q. Does Perfumewiz.com sell customer information or customer lists to other companies? 

A. No. All information submitted to Perfumewiz.com remains confidential. Customers can be assured that we do not sell any of the provided information to other enterprises, nor do we transfer information to other enterprises for marketing purposes. 

 

 

  • COMPANY POLICY QUERIES


Q. Will the customer's order be sent to their billing address? 

A. All orders will be sent to the address that the customer has listed as their shipping address. 

Q. How long will it take before orders are processed and shipped? 

A. Once payment has been confirmed, most orders are shipped on the following business day and orders received by 12:00 p.m. (IST) on a business day will be shipped on the same day. 

Q. What is Perfumewiz.com's policy on customer returns? 

A. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging. 

 All replacement requests will be verified by claiming team & if neccesary will be contacting the customer. The resolution will be official known to customer through registered mail with us.

Q. Are customers required to pay the shipping charges for items that are being returned? 

A. Yes, the customers are required to pay for any items returned to us. We may refund shipping costs if the return is a result of Perfumewiz.com's error.

Q. Once packages have left Perfumewiz.com's premise, who has the responsibility for product delivery? 

A. Once merchandise has left our premises, the responsibility for safe delivery is with our carrier. On behalf of its clients, Perfumewiz.com will seek recourse from the carrier in the event of loss or damage and subsequently refund all missing or damaged products.

Q. How are users notified if an ordered item is out of stock? 

A. If there is any problem with the order,the customer will be notified by email or by phone.
